In the Office and in the Field

|
City Fusion CE provides an easy to use interface to intake complaints,
generate cases, track inspections, and violations. Inspectors can print notices
in the field and attach photos and documents of all kind to violations.
All components of a typical code enforcement case, from the complaint call to
final disposition, can be recalled, allowing the code enforcement officers to
spend more time resolving problems instead of chasing paper files.
The Code Enforcement application follows the natural workflow of a case.
All the steps can be completed in the office and in the field. The database
synchronization is done once the system senses the network connection.

Complaint Intake:
The system allows the user to intake a complaint against a city
parcel/address. Once the parcel /address is recognized the system retrieves
all related information such as:

Legal description
-
Zoning
-
Owners
-
Case history
The intake can be completed for an officer, a citizen or an
anonymous caller.

Case/Work Load:
The work load of every user/inspector is displayed in an easy to
read interface. The inspector can review the status and be informed on which
cases are scheduled for inspection. Urgent cases are highlighted in
different colors. The inspection reminder is user defined and set.

The Case Detail screen organizes the case information into
logical tabs:

Legal Disposition
The inspectors can track an unlimited number of inspections,
violations per case. The system accept attachments of all kind from photos,
scanned documents, MS Word files to video files.
