Chorba Mkat'fa

Ingredients:

200g of Lamb (or Chicken, or Beef)
500g of Tomatoes or 2 spoons of Tomato paste
a hand full of garbanzo beans
1/2 cup of Oil or 1/2 cup of Butter
1 Onion
1 Potato
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
Cilantro
1/2 tea spoon of Paprika
a dash of Black Pepper
a dash of Cinnamon
100g of Angel Hair Pasta
1 Lemon
Preparation:


.Wash the tomatoes and slice them in 1/4. Puree them.
Cut the meat in small chunks
Clean and cut the vegetables in small pieces
Brown the meat, the Onion, the Tomatoes (or the Tomato Paste), half the
chopped Cilantro in the oil or the butter with the spices.
Add 1/2 litter of water and bring to a boil.
Add the vegetables and the Garbanzo Beans
Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes (it might take longer)
Once the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked add water to
in order to achieve the needed quantity. Add the Pasta and the second half
of the Cilantro. Let cook a little longer and serve with slices of Lemon.
